Description
The SA7401U can be applied by all standard roller, nozzle and slot applications. Suggested operation temperature is 140℃ to 160℃, depending on machines, substrates, and plant conditions. Environment temperature during production process is better above 20℃.

The product conforms to composition requirements of FDA regulation 21 CFR 175.105 “Adhesives”.
Packaging: 1KG pillow packaging, 25KG/CTN
Shelf Life and Storage: 12 months in properly original packaging, dry and cool environment below 40℃.
• Do not mix with other adhesives. Clean the applicator system thoroughly by paraffin or naphthenic oil before using new adhesive.
• Rotate stock-first in- first out. Fill adhesive more times with fewer amounts at each.
• Material is applied hot. Appropriate personal protective clothing and gloves should be used.
• Keep containers and premelters covered to avoid contamination.
• Regular maintenance on the applicator system is necessary lest residual adhesive causes contamination.
• Operation temperature should not exceed 200℃. Keep plant ventilated and forbid any fire.
