The 33rd China International Disposable Paper Expo (CIDPEX 2026) took place in Nanjing from April 15–17, 2026, attracting over 1,000 exhibitors and more than 40,000 professional visitors from 129 countries and regions across a 100,000-square-meter exhibition space. The event featured five dedicated zones covering tissue paper, hygiene products, raw/auxiliary materials, equipment/machinery, and elderly nursing care, spanning the entire industry chain from raw materials to finished goods.

Equipment suppliers dominated the machinery zone, with leading diaper and sanitary napkin core-forming machine manufacturers showcasing their latest offerings. SQM (Quanzhou ShengQuan Machinery) highlighted its advanced Diaper Production lines and sanitary napkin machines, attracting significant attention from visitors inquiring about machine speed, efficiency, and material usage. WOMENG presented its 2026 upgraded full-servo Automatic production lines for diapers and Sanitary Napkins, covering small- to large-scale and customized production needs. Haina Intelligent also exhibited its comprehensive hygiene equipment portfolio at the expo.

On the sustainability and technology front, Bostik showcased its Kizen™ adhesive portfolio at the show, focusing on efficient bonding solutions for lightweight, breathable hygiene product designs. Meanwhile, Toscotec participated to connect with Asia‘s dynamic tissue and hygiene market, further demonstrating the industry’s commitment to green manufacturing and advanced converting technologies.

China’s domestic hygiene market continues to expand. Youquan Healthcare signed a strategic agreement with Futian Seiko for six intelligent production lines covering feminine period pants, Sanitary Napkins, and baby pants-type diapers—aiming to integrate “materials + equipment + process” for enhanced comfort and absorbency.

These developments at CIDPEX 2026 highlight the core-forming machinery sector’s rapid shift toward AI-driven automation, sustainable bonding solutions, and integrated production systems in the world‘s largest hygiene manufacturing market.
